Thank you for making sure I was there again this year for my 2nd mammography. The location was convenient and I loved the gifts because they are ones I will definitely use. I felt right at home because of the friendly care and attention I received.

Dear Multi-Diagnostic Staff

I received my mammography exam and I'm happy I'm normal. Thank you for this free exam. I couldn't have one for 6 years because I have no insurance. It's a great gift for all poor women who want to stay healthy but can't pay the high cost. I believe this progam keeps going and growing and helps more women in our community. Thank you again for giving me this special opportunity.

Dear MDS Staff,

I just wanted to drop you a thank you note for sending out my films so promplty. I was part of the program that was conducted at US Trust.

Just wanted you toknow that you made a difficult situation very easy. I was recently laid off and wanted to have all my diagnostic tests complted before my insurance was terminated. All the films were in hand in time for my mammography.

Dear Multi-Diagnostics,

I want to take this time to thank you for getting my mammogram films to the hospital. Your contact at the hospital did help me get medical coverage, just as you said she would. This gave me peace of mind, when I went for surgery that day.

My lump was cancer. And in November, I had a mastectomy. Now I start radiation and chemo treatment. I know this is all scary, but I know it must be done.

I know it is your help and support that helped me from the start! Thank you from my heart for acting so efficiently for me. I will not forget you.
